Student Film Shortlisted at Tolpuddle

Arizona Red Rocks by Carwen Davies was shortlisted in the Student Fiction category of the Small Axe Awards at the Tolpuddle Radical Film Festival which took place in the village of Tolpuddle in Dorset last weekend.

Carwen Davies is in the first year, studying Film Production at the University of Worcester. She hopes to work in the industry in the future. She describes Arizona Red Rocks as, “An Experimental Biographical film on my trip to America. It shows my views on Arizona’s political views, a history into Arizona’s mining industry, Cacti and biblical references. All Filmed on 16mm and drawn by hand.”
